REPORT EARTHLIGHT SIGHTINGS
IEA is encourages everyone to report sightings of luminous objects in the sky and near the ground. We do not investigate metallic objects, apparent craft, or possible military craft. However, we are interested in reports of dark objects. It is important that you notify us about Earthlight sightings. Please fill out the form below as completely as you can. You may also e-mail us  and tell your name, and where we can reach you. Tell us where you have seen earthlights, what you know about the location, and the names of people who have seen Earthlights in that area. Also please describe what you have done to be sure that the lights are not just an ordinary light from a car, plane, planet or any other known light source. The more information you give us about a location and sighting, the better background will have to decide whether to do a preliminary investigation. When we have made a preliminary investigation of a location where earthlights have been reported, and if we have found that the probability for continuous occurrence is reasonably high, we will do an expedition to that place. We will bring instruments to gather data which to research the nature of Earthlights.
